Optimal Prime Cleaning Services was born out of experiencing what it is like to NOT have good service.
Before founding the company, I spent more than 20 years managing operations for large corporate restaurant and retail locations. That put me on the client side of the table: hiring, managing and evaluating cleaning vendors.
I’ve been there, with false promises, call center tickets, slow response times, shortcut work and untrained staff. Even getting a simple W-9 or proof of insurance felt like pulling teeth. It’s frustrating, and it slows everyone down. Too many operators just wanted to collect a check and walk away.
In 2017, I launched Optimal Prime Cleaning Services in Sioux Falls to change that. Having walked in the client’s shoes, I built the company I always wished I could hire: thorough training, paperwork that’s ready when you need it, proactive follow-up, and real respect for both our clients and the people doing the work.
